Industrial Downdraft Tables

Downdraft tables can be a simple and effective source-capture fume extraction solution for applications such as solvent vapor control, solder fumes, light grinding, epoxy fume control, sanding, buffing, brazing, spray paint, powder control, and a variety of other industrial applications. These durable units are designed to pull harmful airborne contaminants away from the respiratory zone of the operator and into the patented filtration system.

Sentry Air’s downdraft tables are equipped with powerful air cleaners in order to create a negative-pressure workspace that is effective in collecting fumes, dust, and smoke. These air cleaners are available in two different models: The Model 400 (capable of 700 CFM) and the Model 450 (capable of 950 CFM). These units are equipped with filtration media that is most effective for the application being performed. Options include HEPA filtration [up to 99.97% efficient on particles 0.3 microns and larger], ASHRAE filtration [95% efficient on particles 0.5 microns and larger], Activated Carbon, and specialty-blended media (e.g. Acid Gas, Aldehydes, Ammonia, Mercury).

Sentry Air Systems downdraft tables are recirculating, so they don't require costly exhaust systems or make-up air.

Standard sizes are 30" and 40" wide. Custom options are also available and can be discussed with a Sentry Air Systems Applications Specialist.
